SERVICE, MODALITY, COSTS AND BENEFITS
Single ticket for each one-way trip costs 17€ per person (adult) booking online and 20€ on board
We will guarantee you a seat at the given times even in the event of overbooking. You will never be stranded with us!
Luggage loading by our staff, only 60 minutes from the airport to the city centre, no waiting for train and bus connections
In order to provide you with the best on-time service, reservation is compulsory for groups of more than 5 people
Tickets are sold online or on the shuttle
The service is available all year long except for Christmas; limited service on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
One piece of hand luggage and one piece of hold luggage are free (each piece of extra luggage will cost 10€)
Children who are one metre tall and are accompanied by an adult don't pay

On New Year's Eve the last ride departs at 12:30, while from Bologna departs at 13:45. On New Year's Day rides start again at 15:00 from Ferrara and at 16:15 from Bologna.
